Softball Dragonboat Golf American Association of Singapore's Men's Slo-pitch Softball League The AAS Men’s Slo-pitch Softball League plays on Sundays at the Terror Club field in Sembawang. We have 9 teams in the league this year and are always looking for additional players. The 2009 season began in September. New players are always welcome. Searching for the Christmas Spirit in the Tropics By Angel Corrigan I have to admit my first few Christmases in 85°F weather brought out the ‘Bah! Humbug!’ in me. My Pavlovian, cold weather, Christmas conditioning held me hostage and I struggled to find my Christmas spirit in the heat. I also had some trouble appreciating Christmas decorations going up before Halloween! But, after ten years of spending the holidays in Singapore, I have come up with a few tips on decorating, looking for Santa, imparting the gift of giving, where to find Christmas events, enjoying the sights and sounds of the holiday, getting Christmas dinner on the table and finding church services.
