CRCE Cancellation & Refund policy:

The American Association of Singapore (AAS) reserves the right to cancel events/workshops. In the event of cancellation by AAS, registrants can opt to attend another workshop or receive a full refund.

If registrant is unable to attend and wishes to cancel registration, he/she must contact AAS (crce.info@aasingapore.com) at least 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, and he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced CRCE workshop within the following 90 days. In the event of a no-show or day of workshop cancellation, no credit will be issued.

Eva is Hawksford Singapore’s Head of Legal, Compliance and Immigration. As such, she oversees all legal and compliance matters of the company and advises clients on the procedures and pitfalls of immigration to Singapore.


Prior to joining Hawksford, she worked as a Registered Foreign Attorney for a German law firm in Singapore where she advised companies on entering the Singaporean market including corporate, compliance, employment and immigration matters. Eva has overseen hundreds of successful Employment and other Work Pass applications as well as PR and citizenship cases.


She strongly believes in professional client service and has been able to deliver positive results even in seemingly unpromising cases. She is admitted to the Bar in Germany and a member of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association.
