Fourth of July

Happy Birthday USA!

AAS is absolutely delighted to once again host the Fourth of July celebration at Singapore American School. So mark your calendar and save the date for a truly special event.

All your favorites will still be there! We promise you'll have a ton of fun while you enjoy toe-tapping music, eat yummy food, play old-fashioned carnival games galore and get your bounce on in our many bouncy castles.

Everybody is welcome to share in our big bash, not just Americans, but anybody who wants to come have a good time. Typically? We welcome thousands of guests every year! Trust us. This is a Fourth of July event like you've never seen before. It's so fun!

We're delighted that Singapore American School is once again our title sponsor. They've been working with AAS for years to bring you a truly special celebration.

We're still locking down the details, but here's what we hope to have in store for you this year:

CARNIVAL GAMES
We will have carnival games galore with prizes for all the kiddies. We'll also have a spin-the-wheel for adults and kids. This is always a favorite!

BOUNCY CASTLES

Get your bounce on in one of our several bouncy castles. Buy a "Bounce All Day" for your wristband and let your little kids burn off all their energy!

CONTESTS

Best dressed
Show off your red, white and blue and your American spirit by dressing your whole family up in your favorite 4th of July garb. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed!!
Pie Bake-Off
Calling all bakers! If you think you have a winning pie recipe, please bring along your baked treat for a chance to win some great prizes! Stay tuned for info about the judges.
Watermelon Speed-Eating
Love watermelon? Join a speed-eating contest for both kids and adults!

FOOD
Eat at our picnic tables or spread out a blanket and enjoy a feast!

Popcorn, candy floss and snow cones
We're still locking in our food vendors, but you can bet your favorites will be there!
Beer and other beverages

PHOTO BOOTH
Be sure to pop by the photo booth full of all sorts of cute props. Show those pearly whites and take a patriotic photo.

AMERICAN SISTER ORGS

Our sister American organizations are always on hand so you can learn more about all that's happening in the American world in Singapore. Be sure to stop by!

FIREWORKS?

We hope so. Fireworks are insanely expensive post-Covid. But we're doing our best to figure out how to have them this year. Stand by. Better yet? Reach out to our General Manager if you want to sponsor them.

VOLUNTEERS

We need an army of volunteers to help with this event. Scouts can earn a community service patch for helping out. Stay tuned for volunteer sign up info and please pitch in. Email events@aasingapore.com if you want to help.

COSTS

You get all this for free! That's right. Entrance is free. But you'll need to purchase tickets to play the carnival games, bounce on the castles and buy food and beverages on site.
