Without personal boundaries and the ability to communicate honestly and effectively with each other, it will be hard to form sustainable and healthy relationships – at work and at home.  It will also cause you undue resentment, anxiety and stress – all in the name of pleasing others.

In this interactive workshop, you will be guided through some basics around

  • What healthy boundaries look like
  • What it might look like without any boundaries
  • Why having healthy boundaries are important
  • Tips on how to help yourself build your personal boundaries

As always, in our mindful leaders sessions, there will be a meditation practice within, as well as an opportunity to do some personal work so that you leave with practical tools, as well as some reflection on how to move forwards instantly.

About your presenters:

Karen Kwong  (Founder of RenOC) and Davina Ho (Founder of Potentiality) provide a fresh perspective empowering people and organisations to thrive. The webinar is based on specific, proven and effective psychological interventions from Karen Kwong, an executive coach and organisational psychologist. And somatic mindfulness techniques that train you to use the intelligence of the body from meditation and mindfulness expert Davina Ho. Both also have a significant amount of experience working in financial services.
