About the Event

Now that we’ve had a few days to digest the return to Phase 2 restrictions, let’s hear from psychologist Martin Williams from Harmony Counselling about how to manage this change and maintain our mental health — not only for ourselves, but our families, too. Martin has spent the last year talking about COVID’s impact on our society with special emphasis on expats.

In our virtual session, we'll discuss how a second Phase 2 might differently impact our mental health. We'll learn how to recognize symptoms of anxiety and uncertainty with particular focus on kids' and families' needs.

Join us for this informative and inspiring session on managing mental health during this current climate of fear, uncertainty and hope — and walk away with some resources you can use.
