Teachers Night: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)

American Association of Singapore is organizing an evening dedicated to Teaching Staff and School Administrators. Join others in education at SRT's The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), London’s longest-running comedy and we're passing it on to our educators at KC's Art Centre* at 20 Merbau Road.

The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) is an irreverent, fast-paced romp through the best bits of the Bard’s plays. Watch as three actors weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s 37 comedies, histories, and tragedies in one wild 97-minute ride that will leave you breathless with laughter.

TEACHERS NIGHT

As many of our members are Teachers and School Admins, we thought we would organize an evening especially for you! While Safe Distancing Measures are still to be enforced, we hope that evenings like these will offer a way for education professionals across schools to network and get to know one another. Once tickets are purchased, you'll be able to start chatting with others attending this event on the AAS app!

SEATING

Seating will be allocated based on the order or tickets purchased. Seats are arranged in groups of two. If you require any special seating arrangements, please email us at events@aasingapore.com.

Teachers and School Admins of Singapore American School, XCL World Academy and Stamford American International School receive free AAS membership. Please contact your school admin to inquire. 

SAFE DISTANCING MEASURES

If you are fully vaccinated (crossed the 14th day after your second dose) you are exempted from getting a Pre-Event Testing (PET), which is otherwise a requirement for entry.  As there will be no service provided for PET onsite, kindly conduct your own PET at MOH-approved clinics, and bring along a copy of your test results for verification. The results need to be valid till the end of the performance date and time you selected. Patrons will pay for their own testing.

To ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, the following measures will be in place: TraceTogether, SafeEntry, temperature scanning, physical distancing, limiting audience numbers and cleaning and disinfection before and after every performance.

All patrons are required to use the TraceTogether app or to bring their TraceTogether token in order to enter the venue.
