Will having more social capital give you a competitive advantage and help you become more successful in both the workplace and in life? Although it may seem scary, ‘networking’ is a necessary skill, and even introverts can do it! Networking is especially vital when jobs and family life take us overseas, leaving us without a strong contact base.
