Hosted by Lisa Mulligan & Kimberly Raynor-Smith

November's guest speaker, Lisa Mulligan, has a passion in supporting women to stay in the workforce and is currently the Global Diversity and Inclusion Director for Worley based in Singapore. “The Only Woman in the Room” is a culmination of experience and learning of what it takes to progress into more senior roles particularly when surrounded by men. Lisa will share stories and insights into what has worked for her during her career in industrial male-dominated businesses.

'At the Table' is a networking and career group for women, featuring an ongoing series of regular events to exchange views and ideas in an open and welcoming environment. Each get-together highlights a professional topic for discussion, and our guest speakers share their insights from their area of expertise to ensure that the session adds value and that there are meaningful takeaways.

About the speaker:

Lisa Mulligan
Global Diversity and Inclusion Director, Worley
Lisa has nearly 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development gained in domestic and global listed companies operating in the Retail, Distribution, Insurance, FMCG, Port Management, Engineering Services and Manufacturing industries. Her passion and focus is developing people, and in particular, leaders in organizations to help them create an effective organizational culture.

Lisa has gained experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe in devising and driving HR strategy, acquisition integration, change management, start-up businesses and delivering key talent development programs. Lisa has undergraduate qualifications in Applied Science and Business, and a Masters in Organisational Coaching from Sydney University.

Lisa has a passion in supporting women to stay in the workforce and is currently the Global Diversity and Inclusion Director for Worley based in Singapore.

 

About the moderator:

Kimberly Raynor-Smith
CRCE Ambassador and Moderator of 'At the Table'
Kimberly is an APAC Program Manager, Bain Career Advisory at Bain & Company here in Singapore. Previously, Kimberly was APAC Regional Recruiting Manager for Bain & Company in their Beijing office. She has also worked as a Senior MBA Admissions Consultant at The MBA Exchange and as the Associate Director of MBA Admissions at University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.



CRCE Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The American Association of Singapore (AAS) reserves the right to cancel events/workshops. In the event of cancellation by AAS, registrants can opt to attend another workshop or receive a full refund.

If registrant is unable to attend and wishes to cancel registration, he/she must contact AAS (crce@aasingapore.com) at least 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, and he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced CRCE workshop within the following 90 days. In the event of a no-show or day of workshop cancellation, no credit will be issued.
