Get into the holiday spirit to support Toys for Tots: Bring an unwrapped new toy. Have a drink or two and some food; meet the US Marines, see Santa, and participate in some Christmas activities for the whole family.
Toys for Tots began in 1947 when Major Bill Hendricks and his wife Diane realized that there was no organization for giving toys to underprivileged children. That year, Major Bill Hendricks, USCR and a group of Marine Reservists in Los Angeles collected and distributed 5,000 toys to needy children. The project was so successful that the Marine Corps adopted Toys for Tots in 1948 and expanded it into a nationwide campaign. Over the years, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program have distributed over 400 million toys to more than 188 million disadvantaged children around the world.

*AAS Events Late Fee, Cancellation & Refund policy: Anyone who does not register for an event by the indicated closing registration date/time, will be subject to an additional fee of $10. AAS reserves the right to cancel events. In the case of cancellation, registrants can opt to attend another event or receive a full refund. If registrants contact AAS at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to make a cancellation, he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced event within the following 90 days. In the case of a no-show on the day of event, no credit will be issued.
