*AAS Events Late Fee, Cancellation & Refund policy: Anyone who does not register for an event by the indicated closing registration date/time, will be subject to an additional fee of $10. AAS reserves the right to cancel events. In the case of cancellation, registrants can opt to attend another event or receive a full refund. If registrants contact AAS at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to make a cancellation, he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced event within the following 90 days. In the case of a no-show on the day of event, no credit will be issued.

Certified sommelier Fabrice Constantin, has his roots in the Rhone vineyards, having been brought up in the city of Vienne, minutes away from the prestigious vineyards of Cote Rotie and Condrieu. After five years at F&B school St Vincent de Paul à Vienne, he furthered his studies with a two year course at l’Ecole de Sommelierie de Tain l’Hermitage, located on the foothills of Hermitage vineyards. His impressive CV abounds with the names of Michelin-‐starred restaurants like La Pyramide in Vienne, Agathe in Luxembourg and also Domain Chateauvieux in Geneva that have employed him throughout France, Luxembourg & in Switzerland.
The 36 year‐old Frenchman who was most recently working in the famous Lavinia wine shop in Paris thought that maybe it was time to move on to new adventure. Singapore? Why not?! Since then, he has been gathering experience in retail establishments, organizing events as well as wine tasting sessions. By joining the Provence Le Restaurant establishment owned by Estima Consulting, a wine company, Fabrice shares his generosity and attention with the guests, giving advice on wine and food, using all his impeccable knowledge.
