Motivate & Communicate Effectively: The Process Communication Model

In these fast paced times, the ability to work well and communicate appropriately is very important.  Whether you are going for an interview, liaising with co-workers and/or colleagues communication is essential in many levels.

This workshop is designed for people who want to discover a tool enabling them to get a deep understanding of personality structure: one’s own and that of others.  It is also a powerful tool which allows us to develop strategies and skills to motivate and communicate effectively with others.

In the seventies, Doctor Taibi Kahler, an American psychologist, discovered the” Miniscript”, behavioral patterns under stress; for his research, he was rewarded the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award in 1977.  Former President Bill Clinton said about him, "Taibi Kahler is a Genius. He knows more about personality dynamics than anyone I know in the world."  The NASA used his research for interviewing, selecting, placing, working with and predicting distress of astronauts with great accuracy until 1996.  Since then, the model has reached more than a million people worldwide. The applications of the model include: Management; Team building; Conflict solving; Negotiation; Sales; Coaching; Training; Parenting; Recruitment.

The Process Communication Model offers keys for better understanding personalities and providing practical communication tools.  People who wish to use the Model will first complete a questionnaire which, once processed, will enable them to discover their personality structure.  Chantal Boucher is a certified PCM trainer and will share information on the different personality types.  A personalised report can be arranged with Chantal directly after the session.

Come and learn more about the Process Communication Model in this interactive session. Learn to apply them to enhance your understanding of others and effectively approach an interpersonal relationship challenge.  Who can afford to go without these skills today?
