Description
The million dollar question I get asked frequently, from friends, colleagues, business relations and eager mothers, is 'What really is NLP and how would it help someone like me?" Well, I finally decided to break it down into a small, introductory workshop to enable people to understand in simple yet comprehensive terms.
NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is essentially an extraordinary approach to human communication, change and the development of excellence. Ultimately, with NLP you are learning how your mind works - and in turn other peoples’ minds too. Now, by understanding this, and how we unconsciously run our patterns or behaviours, you can enhance the programs that are working well and change what is not working well.
This short workshop will break down a complex topic into three distinct areas. We will cover just a few key areas in NLP which will give you a distinct flavour of how the movement originated, the key principles of NLP, who you are and what programs you hold, as well as what makes other people tick. If time permits, we will be conducting a demonstration of one of the processes. The talk is fun, interactive, and full of eye-opening real-life examples. The only thing you need to bring along with you is a 'curious mind'.
"Pamela has built a strong (and deserved) reputation as someone with honour, dedication and respect. I got to know Pamela through PrimeTime and during one of my earlier interactions with her, i felt she had a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with women like myself (who are always eager to learn). We asked her speak at one of our HR events at PrimeTime earlier this month and needless to say she was outstanding.
We enjoyed her talk and she offered wonderful insights, perspectives and advise on How to Build Rapport and Likeability. Hopefully we can ask her to come back and speak to us about it in more detail."
