This workshop builds on Alka Chandiramani’s Resume Writing workshop and attendees are encouraged to submit or bring along their own resumes for constructive feedback during the discussion session.
It is widely known that the resume is a key and integral part of the job search process and is a critical document that can open doors and get the applicant to the interview stage. Often we work diligently on our resumes but don’t get the necessary feedback from the target audience (the HR/hiring manager) who will ultimately be making the decision on whether we proceed to the next stage or not. The aim of the workshop is to provide feedback using real life examples on how resumes impress/don’t impress a HR manager.
Mike Heath is an Operations executive with 23 years of experience whose current role covers global HR responsibilities for a FTSE 250 listed company. This workshop will be conducted by Mike Heath and facilitated by Alka Chandiramani.
