Description

Do you have the critical skills necessary to stay competitive in today's workforce?

It is becoming exigent whether you are an employer, employee, job-seeker or recruiter, to be well-rounded as the economy becomes more challenging, and jobs more refined. However, it is no longer just about knowledge and experience that we need. It is a balance of hard and soft skills, along with a healthy and social life.

In this session, we look at some of the critical skills that are in demand globally, and how you can nurture them to not just stay competitive at work, but improve your well-being too. We will also explore the workforce in Singapore, its trends going forward, and how as a community we can support each other in this.
