LEARN TO MAKE LAKSA MUSSELS
Come learn how to cook Belgium’s National dish with a Singaporean twist - Laksa Mussels. This simple, yet mouth-watering dish is sure to impress your family and friends. And let's be honest: you can't leave Singapore without knowing how to make a good laksa, one of Singapore's signature dishes. This will be followed by a Tomato Crevette for a two-course menu that's sure to impress. After we whip up our creations, we can sit and enjoy what we've made.
**The ticket price also includes two glasses of wine as well as a Lucky Draw.
CHEF EMMANUEL STROOBANT
Our teacher is not just any teacher either. Nope. He's none other than Emmanuel Stroobant, XCL's resident chef. How often do you get to learn a dish from a Two Michelin Stars chef?! This is a class you will find nowhere else except through the American Association in cooperation with XCL World Academy.
Chef Stroobant was named Chef of the Year by World Gourmet Summit in 2002 and 2006. Together with his team, Saint Pierre earned its first Michelin star in 2017, retained it in 2018 before upgrading to a second Michelin star in 2019, putting the restaurant on the global culinary map and sealing Emmanuel’s position as an innovator in the food and beverage industry.
