Fall Fest

We are super excited about our first annual Fall Fest picnic sponsored by Smokey's BBQ!

THE SCENE

Our Fall Fest picnic will be held at the very special Gallop Stable on a gorgeous green lawn surrounded by beautiful shade trees. You'll feel like you really are in the country! There's plenty of space for the kids to run wild while adults sip cocktails and listen to our live country and western band while watching the horses. Trust us - there's no other event like this in Singapore with Fall food, games, crafts –  and horses!

Bring your own picnic blanket, as no tables will be provided!

F&B

A delicious plate of BBQ meal provided by Smokey's BBQ. Choose two mains and two sides:

Mains

• Pulled pork
• Pulled chicken
• St Louis Ribs
• Baked Beans

Sides

• Macaroni & Cheese
• Corn

And we didn't forget dessert. Choose a Caramel Apple with toppings OR Pumpkin cupcake. It doesn't get much more Fall than that!

Drinks

Every guest also receives two drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. You can also top up in advance if you want more. Choose from:

CONTESTS

Chili Cookoff

Think you have a winning chili recipe? Put it to the test and bring at least 1 kg of chili for the judges to sample. Take home $100 of Takashimaya Vouchers. Note: Homemade food cannot be sold under Singapore law, but all attendees will get to taste and vote.

Milking Contest sponsored by Lenipro Foods

Real cows are hard to find in Singapore, but we've got the next best thing, and we'll have a milking contest.  Who will win? Prize TBA

Scarecrow Making

Here's a contest the whole family can do together. Bring your own clothes and we'll provide the hay. Best scarecrow takes home $50 in Takashimaya vouchers.

TRANSPORTATION

There is plenty of parking available. 

A 7:00 pm bus will provided to drop you off at Pasir Ris MRT station or The American Club at the end of the event.

ABOUT THE STABLE TOUR

First come, first serve. Line up at site on day of event.

Nine tours total will be offered, each is approximately 15 minutes.

Stable tours are free and will be guided by Gallop Stable personnel.

Includes: Orientation, understanding horses personalities, markings, tackle and more. Participants will get to feed and brush horses.

ABOUT THE PONY & HORSE RIDES

Slots must be booked online and paid for in advance.

Slots will be assigned. Missed slot means missed ride.

Each ride is around the ring once, approximately 3-5 minutes each

Pony Rides: Children must be 3+ years old, 40kg or less, and under 1.2 meters in height

Horse Rides: Must be more than 3+ years old; under 70kg; more than 1.2 meters in height

Riders over age of 50: Singapore law requires rider has medical clearance letter from doctor.

TICKETS

Children age two and under are free.

Tickets include all activities (except pony/horse rides); BBQ meal & 1 dessert; 2 drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)

$60 adults/$50 children

$12 per horse/pony ride

AAS Member 20% discount for paid and corporate AAS members (be sure to sign in to get the discount)

$50 Adults/$40 children

$10 per horse/pony ride

AAS and Gallop Stable shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons/property arising from the event and hold harmless AAS and Gallop Stables from any claims, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees). All persons participating in any activities at Gallop Stable do so at their own risk. AAS nor the management of Gallop Stable shall be responsible for any injury or loss they might sustain as a direct or indirect consequence resulting from participating in any activities conducted at Gallop Stable. As a condition in accepting to participate the participant/parent/guardian acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and that one is award that the activities can be hazardous and that management of Gallop Stable and its related companies its servants and the American Association of Singapore accepts no responsibility of liability for any injury or loss that one might sustain as a direct or indirect consequence of participating in any activity whether such injury is a consequence of any act or omission by the management of AAS or Gallop Stable or its related companies or its servants, agents, representative or volunteers.
