About the Event

Rooted in Buddhist and Taoist culture, the Hungry Ghost Festival is observed by the Chinese to honour memories of the dead. Perfect for horror fans loooking for a spine-chilling night, this 4-hour tour takes you from one haunted site to another in the comfort of a vehicle while you discover Singapore's urban legends, complete with candles and ghost detecting devices! 

You will see a completely different side of Singapore as you explore several creepy sites around the island. You'll be taken to a World War 2 battlefield and walk along a bridge on a secluded and quiet hill where rumors have it that many have lost their lives there. Keep your eyes on the surroundings if you dare, as you make your way to the top of the trail where you will hear the horror story of a local war hero.  

Next, you'll visit a coastal gun battery near a beach, where the Japanese massacred thousands of innocent people during the "Sook Ching" operation. You'll learn how the Japanese searched for the spies and the gruesome stories of how they dealt with them.

Finally you'll walk through one of the world's largest Chinese cemetery estimated to house over 100,000 tombs while you hear eerie stories of paranormal actvity that is guaranteed to be a hair-raising experience for everyone!
