About the Event
Female AAS members are invited to listen to a panel of experts sharing their insights on key trends and issues related to the changing nature of work and how it will impact individuals and organizations.
Panelists will discuss what the future workplace will look like, emphasising the importance of an adaptive space for collaboration with an ecosystem of internal and external contributors. We will explore how HR can help navigate leaders through workplace changes, including whether organisations should focus more on organisational development than talent development. In addition, we will discuss what the jobs of the future could look like and the skills of the future that individuals will need to develop to succeed in this changing work environment.
Other topics will be the role of diversity in the Singapore job market and the approach towards foreigners, remote working and digital nomads.
Our esteemed panellists will examine how individuals can reinvent themselves to adapt to this new work environment, including the challenges and opportunities of the changing nature of work. They will explore what is here to stay in these transformative times and what could be a fad.
If you're interested in the future of work and how it will impact your career or organization, this event is a must-attend. Sign up today.
