About the Event
Female AAS members are invited to listen to a panel of experts sharing their insights on key trends and issues related to the changing nature of work and how it will impact individuals and organizations.
Panelists will discuss what the future workplace will look like, emphasising the importance of an adaptive space for collaboration with an ecosystem of internal and external contributors. We will explore how HR can help navigate leaders through workplace changes, including whether organisations should focus more on organisational development than talent development. In addition, we will discuss what the jobs of the future could look like and the skills of the future that individuals will need to develop to succeed in this changing work environment.
Other topics will be the role of diversity in the Singapore job market and the approach towards foreigners, remote working and digital nomads.
