At the Table: A Networking & Career Group for Women

Changing Habits: Stop Procrastinating and Move into Action

Hosted by Agi Heale & Liz Coward

Want to start 2021 on the front foot? Get past procrastination to create constructive habits that you actually stick to? Wish to change something that is not working for you such as working all hours or getting distracted easily?

Come join AAS at our next At the Table event hosted by Executive Coach Agi Heale and share in a conversation with other professional women. Talk about habits and how you can stop procrastinating to positively impact your professional and personal life. Look at creating new habits and, most importantly, move into action so that you can achieve your goals in 2021.

Grab a glass of wine and your favorite after-work nibbles and join us for an evening of connection and inspiring discussion.

'At the Table' is a networking and career group for women, featuring an ongoing series of regular events to exchange views and ideas in an open and welcoming environment. Each get-together highlights a professional topic for discussion, and our guest speakers share their insights from their area of expertise to ensure that the session adds value and that there are meaningful takeaways.

Whether you are currently working or on the job hunt, this is a great way to expand your network and meet other professional women.
