  1. This e-Voucher is only valid until 31 August 2026. 

  2. This e-Voucher when used on weekends (Fri & Sat), eve of public holidays, public holidays, school holidays of Malaysia and designated holidays, a surcharge will be applied. 

  3. This e-Voucher can be redeemed once for accommodation only at TUI BLUE The Haven lpoh for one night Booking is subject to availability and advance reservation of 2 weeks is advisable. 

  4. A copy of this e-Voucher must be presented upon check-in. This e-Voucher is not replaceable if lost or stolen. 

  5. The management reserves the right to charge the best available rate for the day should this copy of e-Voucher not presented upon check-in. Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or no-show, e-Voucher will be forfeited.

  6. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers or discounts. 

  7. This e-Voucher cannot be sold via any third-party distribution channels and cannot be exchanged for cash and/ or other goods or services. 

  8. A Tourism Tax of RM 10 per suite per night will apply to non-Malaysian guests and it will be collected if applicable.

  9. A Local Service Charge (CPT) of RM 3 per suite per night will be collected from all guests.

  10. The management reserves the right at any time to amend the programme terms and conditions without prior notice.
