Through the Valley: The Art of Living and Leaving Well by Dr William Wan

Why are we so afraid to discuss death? How can we age well and have a good death if we cannot talk about his inevitable fact of life? In this book, Dr William Wan provides tops on how to age gracefully, reflection on death and dying, having “die-logues”, how to handle grief and how to help others who are grieving and more. A father of three children and grandfather of four, the 71-year-old leads a varied, busy and exciting life and is active in community-based work in Singapore.
