*CRCE Cancellation & Refund policy: CRCE reserves the right to cancel workshops. In the event of cancellation by AAS, registrants can opt to attend another workshop or receive a full refund. AAS does not issue refunds for workshops. If registrants contact AAS (crce.info@aasingapore.com) at least 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced CRCE workshop within the following 90 days. In the event of a no-show or day of workshop cancellation, no credit will be issued.

She worked as consultant in outplacement, job search, recruitment, headhunting and career management, and spent most of her career working for a Human ...

Françoise Carbonnel graduated from the French University Paris-Assas, with a Master in Management specialised in Human Resources.  She attended two accredited coaching trainings in France and Singapore. She worked as consultant in outplacement, job search, recruitment, headhunting and career management, and spent most of her career working for a Human Resources agency in Paris.  In 2008, she set up Harmony & Mobility Consulting to manage expatriates’ career.


Aude Beneton is HR consultant and coach at Harmony & Mobility Consulting.  She has an engineer background with 10-year experience in change management and people management in operations at Nestle France, and 4-year experience in entrepreneurship in Singapore. She has been living in Singapore since 2005.  Change management and people development have always been drivers throughout her professional career and therefore she is currently attending the INSEAD Executive Master “Consulting and Coaching for Change”.
