What is it you really want from work and life? Uncover your hidden drivers

Everyone has drives.  Unlock your full professional potential.  These are innate tendencies that motivate a person towards one course of action or another. These drives help to explain why we behave, feel, interpret and act the way they do. Drives originate from the way we look at the world – our “world view.”

Wouldn't it be great to figure out your true, hidden drives? To be able to choose the path in your (professional) life that really fits you?

In this workshop, you will be introduced to Management Drives. A tool that improves the performance of individuals, teams and organizations by gaining insight in these motivational drivers. By tuning into what drives you, it becomes possible to choose the career that really fits you, to work in your strength zone and to work together with others more effectively.

Management drives is used for individual and team coaching, leadership development and organizational change.
