CRCE reserves the right to cancel workshops. In the event of cancellation by AAS, registrants can opt to attend another workshop or receive a full refund. If registrants contact AAS (crce.info@aasingapore.com) at least 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, he/she will be issued a credit that can be applied to any same priced CRCE workshop within the following 90 days. In the event of a no-show or day of workshop cancellation, no credit will be issued.

Yana has successfully coached numerous individuals to unsurpassed results; and has created and led experiential workshops that were targeting leadership skills,  awareness, self-accountability, communication, and emotional intelligence.  Yana earned two complimenting coaching degrees from top-coaching schools accredited by ICF – International Coach Academy (Australia) and Center For Transformational Presence (USA).  Currently Yana is one of the mentors at SWCO, a volunteer with Eurasian Association and an executive member of the Athena network (Singapore).   Over the years, Yana developed her unique coaching style that combines latest cutting-edge coaching techniques from the West with the time-proven tools from the East and enables individuals to reach highest performance in their personal and professional lives.
