At the Table: A Networking & Career Group for Women

Replenish & Reset ~ Managing Stress

Hosted by Davina Ho & Kimberly Raynor-Smith

Stress is something that we all have to face, but it’s how we respond to stress that matters. Many people have the physical manifestations of stress long before a crisis moment arises and yet we usually put off visiting a doctor or other health professional before we start to take a serious look at what’s going on. Recognizing the first signs of stress can be tricky and most of us will suppress the signals, allowing them to accumulate until we burn out.

Do any of these symptoms sound familiar?

  • Sleepless nights
  • Exhaustion
  • Brain fog
  • Low Energy
  • Lack of focus or low attention span
  • Procrastination

At this month’s ‘At the Table’ discussion, wellness entrepreneur and Co-Founder of HASIKO, Davina Ho, will share with you:

  • The impact of mental, emotional and physical stress
  • How to tap into the body’s wisdom and notice the first signs of stress
  • The importance of sleep
  • Simple and effective tools to manage stress
  • Meditation practices designed for women

'At the Table' is a networking and career group for women, featuring an ongoing series of regular events to exchange views and ideas in an open and welcoming environment. Each get-together highlights a professional topic for discussion, and our guest speakers share their insights from their area of expertise to ensure that the session adds value and that there are meaningful takeaways.

Whether you are currently working or on the job hunt, this is a great way to expand your network and meet other professional women.

Wine and nibbles are provided.
